Simply download the fillable Vulcan Implant Restoration Rx from the "Your Essentials" hub, complete it, and include it with your physical impression or digital scan submission. For digital cases, select "Spectrum Killian" from your scanner’s lab menu.

What is included in the Vulcan Bundle?

The Vulcan Bundle provides a complete restorative solution for a flat fee of $289. This includes a Vulcan Custom Abutment (Titanium or Hybrid), an Aesthetic Monolithic Zirconia Crown, a 3D Printed Model with Analog, and an Insertion Jig. This bundle features authentic OEM connection geometry for a precise fit and includes a lifetime warranty on both the implant and abutment.

What are the requirements to participate in the Vulcan Bundle program?

To qualify for the bundle pricing and workflow, you must utilize BioHorizons SmartShape Healers for your cases. These dual-use healing abutments and scan bodies streamline the restorative process. Additionally, you must clearly write "Vulcan Bundle" on your Rx form to ensure the special pricing is applied to your case.
